Paid Market Research

If you want to earn some money working from home did you know that you could do paid market research? There are many market research companies online that now work exclusively with people like you and me who can do the research from home. Every job you complete for the companies you get paid for, the amount you get paid will vary from company to company and from job to job.

So what does paid market research involve? The majority of the work will be completing online surveys. Surveys can be on a variety of subjects from your opinion of different food products to your views on current affairs. You do not have to complete every survey that you are offered but obviously the more you do the more you earn. The questions on the surveys are not difficult to answer, they ask for your views and opinions on things, they are not a test.

Focus groups

As well as surveys there are also focus groups and opinion panels. These are specialist research groups that generally focus on specific areas of interest. Focus groups tend to pay more but they come up less often, you can get as much as £50 for taking part in a focus group where you may only get £5 for completing a survey.

You may also be asked to test products of services online. Rather than completing a survey you may be given a product to test, this will be posted to you. Once you receive it you will have to test the product and give your opinion and views on how the product performed. You may also be asked to visit a site to test its usability, this will involve clicking the links to test they are working properly, reading the text to check for grammatical or spelling errors and giving your opinion on how easy the site was to use and navigate.
