The best place to start when looking for typing work you can do from home is the internet. There are several things you should look out for and it is important to remember your goals and what you want to achieve. This may sound strange or obvious but it is easy to get sidetracked.

Different typing at home jobs

I think it's best to clear up a major point before we get into the different type of home typing jobs. Typing at home is generally low paid, the reason is that it does not require much skill, knowledge or experience.

You probably already have an image in your head about what typing work at home your are going to be doing from home. You maybe get a load of printed or hand written material through the post or emailed to you and then you type it into your computer, right. Well if this is the sort of job you are looking for then you are unlikely to find it, don't believe me then spend a few hours searching the internet and see what you find.

Ok, now your back (or maybe you have already spent endless hours looking) lets take a look at what you can do right now. There are 2 types of jobs, firstly those that cost you nothing and you can do right now. The second is where you will likely pay for training or some guide that will explain how to earn money online.

Get paid to

This is a good route to take when getting started on the internet and as your skills and experience build you can move onto higher paying opportunities.

The cost you nothing and start typing right now jobs are low paid and require a lot of effort on your behalf to make any sort of decent money. Realistically you are looking at a solid 8 hours a day and you will barely make minimum wage.

I'm not trying to put you off just trying to be realistic. If you are willing to work hard there is plenty of work out there just make sure you work with recommended companies that are proven to pay.

More than just typing at home

The second option is something you can get into once you have acquired more computer skills. There are guides and training you can buy right now to get you started but will require more than just typing skills.

This is the kind of work I am currently doing, it's less labour intensive but require more skill and knowledge but the rewards are in higher earnings.
